Court Des Anges at Disneyland

courdesanges Court Des Anges at Disneyland

I was at Disneyland last week and snapped this quick shot of The Court Des Anges there.  This is a good place for engagement or wedding photos, or to just get some peace and quiet while at the park.

Located near the exit to Pirates of The Caribbean, I understand the relaxing courtyard and staircase is soon to be converted to more retail space. That’s a shame because it really is  ‘off the beaten path’ and a bit secluded, and one of the only truly quiet (and less-traveled) spaces at Disneyland.

Special limited edition White Leica M8

Leica announced a special limited edition White M8 camera today. What do you think of it? Personally, I think it looks very cool-modern yet classy and something a Stormtrooper from Star Wars might carry;).

He (Bono) started taking notes as I talked,” Sugimoto recalled. Those notes became the foundation for the new album’s title track. Last year, during a visit to Dublin, Sugimoto heard the first demo tape, and a few months later was told by Bono that U2 wanted to use the Boden Sea image on the album jacket.

This is an example of a beautfully evocative photograph that is not ‘technically good’ yet still works. We photographers often have a tendency to get too obsessed with trying to get the sharpest, most technically perfect images.
