I did a photo shoot with Heidi over the weekend and this is one of my favorite shots from the shoot. Thanks Heidi for choosing me to photograph your project! The complete portfolio of pictures will be ready for pickup this week.

Dalyte had “the reddest dress ever” and we happened upon “the bluest wall ever” so we just HAD to shoot there!:

These are a few portraits I made of Taylor a while back. She is with the Ford Modeling agency in San Francisco. The first is one of my favorite portraits that I’ve taken:
Here are a couple of portraits that I shot a few years back but I wanted to get them onto the blog. These were shot on medium format film (2 1/4 square, 6×6). These days I shoot with a 4:3 digital but I sure do miss the square format.

November 28, 2008 - 7:04 am - How'd you do the blur and the vignetting - Lensbaby? Photoshop? I just got a lensbaby v.1.0, been having lots of fun with it.
November 28, 2008 - 9:17 am - Hi Kurt, I use tilt-shift lenses but not for this shot. This one was shot nearly wide open with the vignette added in Photoshop.
