This is a great video clip on decision making from Jeff Bezos (the founder of Amazon.com).

I love this! Funny how I just spotted this today – two weeks after taking a giant leap of faith. A major factor driving my decision? I didn’t want to look back later in life and regret not ‘going for it’ because of fear of the unknown.
